Who I am
LiamFallen.com is run by me, Liam Fallen. This policy covers what the site collects when you use it, and what I do with it.
What I collect
- Newsletter. Your email address and which page you signed up on.
- Contact form. Your name and email, your business or role if you add it, and what you tell me about the job: the task, the tools, how often it happens, what done looks like and your timeline.
- Every form. When you sent it.
- Spam checks. A hidden field that people never see. If it's switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile also checks that a person sent the form.
- Analytics. If they're switched on, Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics record visits, such as pages viewed, rough location, device and browser. Google Analytics may set cookies.
How I use it
I use your email to send the newsletter, one free bot or agent a month. I use what you put in the contact form to reply to you about the job. I use analytics to see which pages get read, so I can improve the site. I don't sell your data.
Where it's kept
Forms send your details through a Google Apps Script to a private Google Sheet. Contact form details are also emailed to me. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Turnstile, when it's on, runs on Cloudflare.
How long I keep it
I keep your email until you unsubscribe. I keep contact form details while we're talking about the work. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you. To ask, use the contact form and write "Privacy request" in the task box.
Other sites
This site links to OptOut, LinkedIn and X. Their own privacy policies apply once you're on their sites.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
